Acted for ADC Airlines Plc. in negotiating claims arising from the October 2006 Abuja–Sokoto air mishap, and determined the applicability of the Warsaw and Montreal Conventions in Nigeria.
Represented Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission (LASIEC) in numerous election petition matters at Tribunal and Appellate stages.
Successfully acted in Senator David A. B. Mark v. Alhaji Usman Abubakar, Rauf Aregbesola v. Olagunsoye Oyinlola, Senator Iyiola Omisore v. Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, and other high-profile election petitions.
Recovered over 1 billion for banking and financial institution clients in a single year through aggressive, largely out-of-court debt recovery
Represented DSC Publications Limited in a Federal High Court passing-off and copyright infringement suit over the Companies and Allied Matters Act (Law and Practice).
Currently representing an aviation company in a dispute against a leading oil company arising from an Aircraft Services Contract, and appearing for an international airline before the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
Acted for a client against Ingosstrakh insurers/reinsurers at Lloyd’s of London in an aviation claim.

Chukwudi is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria as well as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) Nigerian Branch. He is also a member of the International Bar Association (Business Law Section) and the Nigerian Bar Association.
Olanrewaju Obadina
Partner & Head of Chambers
Olanrewaju is a Partner in the firm and acts as the Head of Chambers. He obtained his LLB from the Lagos State University and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007. He has over 15 years post qualification experience and has garnered skills in advocacy centering on civil litigation spanning various aspects of the law before the high courts, appellate courts and arbitral tribunal.
