CHUKWUDI ADIUKWU, SAN
Chukwudi is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria as well as a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) Nigerian Branch. He is also a member of the International Bar Association (Business Law Section) and the Nigerian Bar Association.
He started his stint in practice with Segun Sipeolu and thereafter moved to the Law office of Deji Sasegbon Esq. SAN where he rose to the position of Head of Chambers. While in Deji Sasegbon (SAN) & CO he handled very sensitive matters to wit but not limited to, oil and gas disputes, maritime arbitration, election petition cases, high net worth corporate commercial transactions as well as a vast experience in law publications which earned him the position of Deputy Editor of DSC Publications Ltd. Publishers of Sasegbon’s Laws of Nigeria (SLN) a reference book for law and practice in Nigeria in 30 Volumes, Companies and Allied Matters Act (Law and Practice) in 6 Volumes and Nigerian Supreme Court Cases (NSCC) in 38 Volumes.
Chukwudi has garnered for himself immense knowledge and experience in litigation practice and has handled matters in all the Superior Courts in Nigeria.
