Duke Licit Advocates began as a sole proprietorship and was formally registered in Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial nerve centre, as a partnership.
Led by a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, the Firm brings together an integrated transactional, regulatory, litigation and alternative dispute resolution practice, and operates on a partner led team model with a designated partner assembling the right mix of skills for each client.
With offices in Lagos and Port Harcourt, and a correspondence presence in Abuja for regulatory and company registration matters, we serve individuals, national and international corporates and government agencies across banking and finance, insurance, aviation, oil and gas, property and trading conglomerates.
