Chukwudi Adiukwu

Managing Partner
Chukwudi is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) Nigerian Branch, and a member of the International Bar Association (Business Law Section) and the Nigerian Bar Association.
He began his career with Segun Sipeolu before moving to the law office of Deji Sasegbon Esq., SAN, where he rose to Head of Chambers and handled oil and gas disputes, maritime arbitration, election petitions and high net worth corporate commercial transactions.
He served as Deputy Editor of DSC Publications Ltd., publishers of Sasegbon's Laws of Nigeria, Companies and Allied Matters Act (Law and Practice) and Nigerian Supreme Court Cases.

Olanrewaju Obadina

Olanrewaju obtained his LLB from Lagos State University and was called to the Nigerian Bar. He has built strong advocacy skills across civil litigation before the High Courts, appellate courts and arbitral tribunals.
He began his career in legal research as a deputy editor and research analyst at DSC Publications Ltd., before joining Deji Sasegbon (SAN) & Co., where he rose to Senior Associate and Deputy Head of Chambers. He later served as Company Secretary and Legal Adviser at SCOA Nigeria Plc., a listed conglomerate, before returning to legal practice and joining Duke Licit Advocates.
Julie Coker

Practice Management and Administrative Operations
Julie is the Practice Manager at Duke Licit Advocates, where she oversees the Firm’s practice management and administrative operations. She works closely with the Firm’s leadership to coordinate people, processes and resources and to support the efficient delivery of legal services. She is a lawyer with over 14 years’ experience spanning legal practice, corporate services, compliance and business operations. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012 and holds LL.B and LL.M degrees from the University of Lagos.
Her experience covers legal advisory, corporate and regulatory compliance, company secretarial services, contract management, risk management and organisational administration. Having worked across legal and corporate environments, she has a practical understanding of the systems, processes and controls that support effective and well-managed organisations. Julie has published articles in international journals on corporate risk, corporate governance, company secretarial practice, employment and labour law, alternative dispute resolution and sustainable development. Her publications reflect her interest in the intersection of law, business and organisational practice. She brings legal expertise, commercial awareness, strong organisational skills and a practical approach to compliance, risk management and operational effectiveness.

Lydia is the Operations Lead at Duke Licit Advocates, with a background in Criminology and Security Studies and experience in legal practice administration and organisational operations. She holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Criminology and Security Studies and served at the Ministry of Justice, under the Restorative Justice Centre, where she gained exposure to the justice system and restorative justice practices. Lydia began her professional career in August 2023 and has since developed experience in administrative coordination, human resource management and organisational operations within the Firm.
